Junrong and myself came up with this idea earlier today. How about heading to the KTV to sing our lungs out after exams? It'll be fun! Of course, I'm not expecting the entire gang to be able to make it (sadly), but it'll be good if you can comment on the date of your last paper, to facilitate planning process! Thanks!

For those working already, I'll post up the possible dates and all updates here after I get the rough dates, ya? Take care please!

I know this is a random. anyone free on 19th feb to 7 march 2009? Cause i was thinking of inviting you all to my place in melaka. its a condo facing the sea.so got facilities and all. can bbq n swim. i know go msia not easy la.so juz trying my luck here. haha. anw, taking a coach up is rather cheap i think. and only 3 hrs journey. so its just like go chalet but further lah. and food in melaka quite cheap. got seoul bbq, kenny rogers, pizzahut tt kind of thing at half price.

some possible things can do there:

-fly kite (ha ha)
-swim
-bbq
-shopping
-visit historical places?
-taste authentic peranakan food (what with all the xiao niang re hype)
-go karting, 4D vehicle
-eat and eat and eat

yup yup. so if anyone interested just let me know las.haha. ill be the tourguide.

Hello all! Here are some of the pics from Eejie's house! :)) I came home a happy girl cos I won $2.50. -_-'' yeah okay. HAHAHAH!

Start of the gathering, we were all guessing who was the little girl in the picture found in Eejie's room, it was Emo girl! Hahhaa. Okay, I realized how lame that sounded. But yeah. Look back at those pics from Thailand to guess who okay!

Then, I was filling myself up with her hey-bi-hiam until I was soo full. Couldn't eat the pizza or the chicky even!

Then it was banluck with $$!!! Eejie and Shiwei became bankers. Su Jeng kept winning! And Yanting was my goodluck charm. :D

Then it was the lou-ing! :)) OK! Picturess! Cos they speak a thousand words!

It's Halloween tomorrow! *Spooky music* May all have a smashing good time at clubs / playing trick-or-treats around the neighbourhood / scaring innocent people off on the streets and... you get the gist. Heh.

Our first stop is go to Pastor Lian church. From there, we split into 2 group. One stay behind and the other go to tender love which run by Pastor Michael.

This is the simple layout of the church. We share about our life testy to the villagers and also worship together with them ... Their singing is awesome ... simple sing from the heart.

We have our lunch in Tender Love.

We teach them songs , games and even balloon craft. For me, i play outdoor games with the older childrens ...

Sorry guys for the delay I'm quite busy with my time-table for next semester but not to worry
i will upload some photos plus video (if possible) about my trip in Myanmar as a Relief Volunteer org by Crisis Relief Society that is run by Christians. I won't share my whole story here .. just bit of sharing ... More question .. i think i leave it to our gathering ba .. okie ...

First thing to do is to check in the hotel. We meet up with the local contact and the pastors.

Basically the first day is to buy the medecine and other misc stuff. We were quite shock when this little boy serve us drink and by right, he is not allow to work as his age is so small ...

After we purchase our items, we went to their Chinatown and found our Singaporean favourite food which is You Tiao!! I did try and is very crispy.

Häagen-Dazs Outing

It took place last evening (Monday) at Bishan Junction 8, with an attendance of 6 (out of 20). It wasn't too bad. There was quite abit of catching up. =)

All 6 of us embarked on dinner at Cafe' Cartel, (sadly with no pics) and proceeded to Häagen-Dazs for our objective of the day!! *excited*

** Recall that the 2 $10.00 Häagen-Dazs vouchers were won during the Amazing race held way back in April. Heh.

Everyone decided on Flower Blosom (somewhere shown below) as the one single item to share as we were all on 'budget spending'. It costed $20.90 (excluding prevailing charges) and comes with 6 mini scoops of assorted-flavoured ice-creams (hey, just nice!). After some calculations, each of us will have to pay no more than a few cents! Haha, worth every cent, no?

Parwin's 21st Birthday Party

The evening started at Woodsvale Condo (shown below), belonging to Parwin's uncle, apparently.

With anticipation, we made our way through the security, to the Function Room. It was nicely decorated, as you can see:

What have you learnt through out this entire Sabai trip? I have, learnt that team work and communication plays a huge role in everything. Everyone replied emails so things got done pretty efficiently. Everyone came together to help each other out. SEE! We all played a part in this whole thing! *claps for all of us.*

From the washing of clothes in ChiangMai, to each local project, anyway! This whole sabai thing is special special! Like what Oreo said, let us not be hi-bye friends and more then that! Cause after all, whatever we experienced is something not everyone gets to experience! So let us treasure it and keep this friendship alive. :))))))

This may be the end of the entire sabai thing, but it's not THE end. :) See you guys soon! I PROMISE to update about Chiang Mai soon! Uploading photos on blogger is quite a painnnnnn! ;D

Missed Chiang Mai? I did! A LOT!

I miss everyone waking up before me, ppl unzipping my sleeping bag from bottom up, cold cold mornings, lack of water, bees, food food food, washing of clothes, dishes, snacks from the village, the children, neung song sum si HA!, Thai. SIGH! :)

I LOVED every single bit of the trip. :))))) My happiest two weeks, I've never laughed non-stopped every night for 2 weeks straight before.

initially, some were shy, some were noisy! some were damn ah beng. but at the end of it, everyone was happy and close to their kids! how nice!!
